Michigan City Girls Golf team hosted rival LaPorte at Municipal South Course. City's team score showed improvement, but it wasn't enough to top the Slicers. City lost 185-248. LaPorte's Anna Menne was medalist for the match with 42. Low for the Wolves were Emma Nelson and Abigail Shanks with 61, followed by Paige Cisar with 62. Olivia DeMartinis shot 64 and Haley Barnes shot 67. The Wolves take on Marquette Catholic tomorrow at Long Beach Country Club. City's record is now 0-9 and 0-7 DAC. (photo credits: Mark Marz)
