Varsity vs Merrillville High School (4-1) Win The Lady Wolves clinched their first DAC win of the season over Merrillville bringing their DAC record to 1-0 and their overall record to 5-0. #1 singles Sahara Joyce won with a 6-0, 6-0 score. #2 singles Saniya Joyce came out with a winning score of 6-3, 6-2. #1 doubles team Makenna Nowatzke and Abby Haring won again with a score of 6-3, 6-0. #2 doubles team Emma Nelson and Anne Bellamy pulled out a win with a 10-3 tiebreaker score after splitting their sets 6-4, 4-6. The varsity team travels to LaPorte this Saturday April 25th for the LeRoy Girls Tennis Invitational tournament. The tournament starts at 9am.
