The MCHS Girls Track & Field Team participated in an outdoor meet at Chesterton along with Lake Central. Not quite the results we wanted mostly because of a two hour delay in the meet due to storms. A couple of surprise performances in the meet. Ja’Meriah Wilkins threw discus 50’00”. In her 1st meet she threw 32’. Mia Brown in the 3200 scored her 1st points in a meet with a time of 14:58. Iyahni Grinston ran her fastest 100 this season with the time of 13.03. The Wolves next compete on Saturday, April 25th at the Dick Deardurff Invite at LaPorte starting at 10 am.
