The MC gymnastics team traveled to Valpo High School on Thursday night to face off against the Vikings. The Wolves put up a great performance and made a lot of improvements. Valpo defeated the Wolves with a score of 109.675 to 93.975. Sophomore Olivia Cogdill placed 4th on beam, 10th on vault, 9th on bars, 8th on floor, and 5th in the all-around. Senior Tra'vyonna Nuttall placed 6th on vault, 8th on bars, 10th on beam, 7th on floor, and 6th in the all-around. Senior Sahara Joyce placed 9th on vault, 8th on beam, 9th on floor, and 7th in the all-around. Senior Rachel Bertotti placed 7th on bars, 10th on floor, and 8th in the all-around. Junior Mayim Barishman placed 6th on bars, and 9th on beam. Senior Amelia Pytynia placed 7th on vault, and 10th on bars.
